Shipping & Delivery
- Once your order has been process you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once dispatched.
- Please note that once this order has been placed you will not be able to alter any information. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Delivery times are estimated and depend on your delivery choice, courier activity and your location.
- We are not responsible for any external disruptions that may delay your parcel. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels, and will not be able to refund these orders. We recommend selecting tracked shipping when possible.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
- International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes, these prices will not be included in the shipping price or item price.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to customs or postal issues. For updates on your order please contact your courier.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or there are delays please contact your courier for further assistance as we are unable to refund/return orders not received due to unpaid duties.
